Friends of TIMES12,
The gospel moves forward through church planters and pastors who are both called and cared for. This month, TIMES12 hosted our annual Lead Planter/Lead Pastor Retreat in Cambridge, Maryland.
It was a time purposefully set apart for church planters to breathe, elevate above the noise, and allow themselves to be drawn back to what truly matters most: Jesus.
Our TIMES12 team was able to pour into those carrying the weight of church planting, pastoring, and leadership. What God did in just a few days together, through prayer, teaching, honest conversations, and Spirit-filled moments, will echo in Christ-centered church communities for months and years to come.
Men from ethnically diverse contexts, facing equally diverse challenges, gathered not to strategize, but to seek. Not to hustle, but to hear. And God met them.
We know that healthy leaders lead healthy churches. We believe that church planters and pastors shouldn’t just be sent… they should also be shepherded. They shouldn’t just be engaged, but also encouraged.
Because of your partnership, TIMES12 was able to create a space where these multipliers could rest, recharge, and reconnect—both with the Lord and with one another. The fruit of such care can’t be overstated.
