Friends of TIMES12,
The gospel is on the move in Kenya, and the church is multiplying through courageous church planters who are advancing the kingdom with remarkable faith!
Recently, a TIMES12 team traveled to Kenya to visit the leaders and church plants of our global planting partners. What they encountered was nothing short of inspiring. These brothers and sisters are making disciples, meeting tangible needs, planting churches, and shining the light of Jesus in communities where darkness once prevailed. And they are doing it with sacrificial faith and relentless hope!
What makes this movement so extraordinary is not just the scale of the need, but the resilience and training of the laborers. Many are laboring in difficult, impoverished environments. Some are funding the mission from their own pockets. Others are launching small businesses, like butcher shops or chicken broiler ventures, to sustain their families and support the work of the ministry. Our Global Planting Partner, Gideon Banda, isn’t just preaching the gospel—he’s training and multiplying leaders who are, in turn, training church planters.
This is kingdom work in action: church planters and local leaders are meeting physical needs and proclaiming the gospel of grace.
While the challenges are many, such as spiritual warfare, family strain, and financial hardship, our partners are not shrinking back. They are moving forward, fueled by faith, focused on the mission, and full of the Spirit.
And your partnership is right there with them.
Your generosity is helping to fund church planting that displays good works and declares the good news. Your support goes farther than you might imagine, and its impact is eternal.
We are so grateful for your continued faithfulness, and by God’s grace, we believe there’s so much more to come.
With gratitude and hope,
The TIMES12 Team
