Join us for this year’s Annual Lead Planter/Lead Pastor Retreat Monday, August 4th through Tuesday evening, August 5th—with the option (highly encouraged!) to stick around and extend the fun through Wednesday the 6th.
We’ve rented out an incredible property with 27 private acres in beautiful Cambridge, Maryland—and we have the entire place to ourselves! Get ready for a time filled with rest, fun, and connection. Think soaking up the sun by the river, late-night fireside conversations, battling it out in bocce and cornhole, kayak adventures, refreshing drinks, and plenty of good laughs. Plus, we’ll be enjoying some seriously delicious food to keep us fueled all the way through.
We’re also thrilled to have Greg St Cyr, lead pastor of Bay Area Community Church, who will guide us in seeking God together for refocusing and soul refreshment. Most of our time will be intentionally unstructured—giving us space to be with Jesus, share stories, and encourage one another in the journey of church planting and pastoring.
We’ll close out Tuesday night with a special evening session and a feast you won’t forget. While that officially ends the retreat, many of us are staying Tuesday night for one more round of connection and fun. Then, on Wednesday morning, we’ll gather for a hearty breakfast followed by an optional golf outing for anyone interested—just let us know when you register!
