Join us for the 2026 Annual Lead Planter/Lead Pastor Retreat happening Monday, May 4 – Tuesday night, May 5, with the option, and strong encouragement, to stay the second night and head out Wednesday, May 6.
We’re heading back to the same incredible property in beautiful Cambridge, Maryland (this year with plenty of additional beds!). Set on 27 private acres on the water, and reserved exclusively for our group, it is the perfect setting to slow down, reconnect, and enjoy time together without distractions.
Expect days filled with rest, fun, and unhurried conversation. You can relax by the river, share a late night conversation at the fire, jump into a “friendly” game of bocce or cornhole, and laugh often. All of it’s paired with excellent food and drink that will keep us well fueled and full throughout the retreat.
We will wrap up Tuesday night with a closing session and an unforgettable celebration dinner. While that officially concludes the retreat, please plan on staying the rest of Tuesday night for more unhurried connection (pretty much everyone does). On Wednesday morning, we will gather for a hearty breakfast, followed by an optional golf outing for those interested. If you plan to golf, please indicate your interest during registration (please note the golf outing cost is not covered by TIMES12).
This retreat is always a highlight of the year, and we are truly looking forward to being together again in this special place. Come ready to rest, recharge, connect deeply with God and with one another, and head into the new ministry year full of relationship and refreshed in your relationship with Christ.
