ANNUAL RETREAT REGISTRATION

2024 Annual Lead Planters & Lead Pastors Retreat

Our annual retreat is happening August 12th-13th (Monday/Tuesday), with the encouraged option to extend the fun until Wednesday the 14th!

We’re gearing up for an epic getaway at a sweet house in West Virginia, on the majestic Potomac River, just a stone’s throw from Hagerstown, MD. Get ready for a blast as we dive into some serious fun! We’re talking about soaking up the sun by the river, spending time by the fire pit, hitting the river in kayaks, battling it out in bocce and corn hole, diving into some friendly competition with games, sipping on refreshing drinks, and delving deep into some soulful moments. And, of course, we’ve got mouthwatering food and drinks lined up to keep you fueled for the fun.

But wait, there’s more! Mitchel Lee from Grace Community Church will be helping us seek God together for refocusing and soul refreshment. The bulk of our stay will be unscheduled, creating plenty of space to enjoy time with Jesus, and time together, sharing, swapping stories, supporting and enjoying each other in the journey.

We will finish the retreat on Tuesday NIGHT with an awesome evening session and a feast fit for kings. Now, you’re welcome to head home after that – officially, the retreat’s over. But hey, why not keep the good times rolling? This year, most of us are staying put for an extra night of camaraderie on Tuesday. Then, on Wednesday the 14th, we’re kicking things off with a hearty breakfast and following it up with an optional golf outing for anyone interested in joining. Don’t forget to let us know if you’re in for the golf when you register!

It’s going to be an absolute blast! We’re counting down the days until we can gather, spend time with the Lord, swap stories, rejuvenate our spirits, and share plenty of laughs together. Get ready for an unforgettable experience!
